Summer Tips and A Pilates Offer
Dear Friends,
With summer about a month away, I wanted to reach out with some tips to keep your skin healthy and functioning. First some everyday DIY's and reminders:
Summer Tips:
~ Double Cleanse
Apply your first cleanse without a massage. Spread cleanser over your face and remove with a cold cotton.
*run a cotton square under cold water, squeeze and remove cleanser.
Second cleanse will be your massaging cleanse. Apply product and use your hand like a paddle to spread over face using upward motions. Massage face and remove with cold cotton. Now your face is not only clean but, also conditioned properly.
~Change Your Sheets More Often
There's nothing like slipping into cool fresh sheets. New sheets help keep your skin clear.
THE SHOCKER: Dead skin cells, sweat, saliva, and more can turn your comfy bed into a petri dish for germs to grow. For instance, lab tests found that swabs from pillowcases unwashed for a week harbored 17,000 times more colonies of bacteria than samples taken from a toilet seat.
~Refine Your Skincare Routine
If you've been using a heavy cream both day and night, consider a lighter product for daytime. For most of us, a lighter moisturizer will work well for day. As the heat can zap essential hydration for the skin, your heavier night cream will replace the moisture your skin needs.
~Reapply Sunscreen
Sunscreen only stays active for a couple of hours. Don't skip the reapplication!

Toss a little sunscreen in your bag for your hands, decolotte and arms when you're in a dress or T. I love this petite powerhouse.
