3 STEPS TO BETTER SKIN RIGHT NOW
Whether you just met us or you’ve been with us for all of our two decades, we understand sometimes it’s necessary to go back to basics.
Here are three steps to improve your skin now:
1. Cold Water
Cold water is soothing to the skin. Hot water can irritate the skin and exacerbate inflammation and breakouts. Please do not wash your face in the shower. Hot water can also zap the skin of essential hydration, making the skin feel tight and dry.
2. Humidity
Running a cool air humidifier fall through winter, can really help to keep your skin hydrated and comfortable. Using a humidifier may also help improve your health during cold weather months.
3. PM Double Cleanse
As we move through the day, our skin is susceptible to dust and pollutants. We also have that layer of SPF and possibly cosmetics. We suggest double cleansing at night. Your first cleanse would be to remove all of the above. Your second cleanse which should be longer will work to really condition the skin. Clean skin is healthy skin.
