We have been hearing alot about facial massage. It is in fact crucial to remind the skin, everyday, to stay UP.
You’ve likely heard me say “If you want your skin to stay up, you have to remind it everyday.” Practicing facial massage each day is a great way not only to keep your skin up, it’s a wonderful way to connect with yourself each morning before you begin your day.

Your skin likes surprises. When you come in and tell us you’ve been using th same cream for 10 years, we know it’s time for a change, a little surprise! I’ve started to slap my skin recently to stimulate blood flow. When you stimulate the blood flow in the skin you wake up the collagen production and elasticity for more taut, youthful skin. I apply a milky cleanser like Lait VIP 02 from Biologique Recherche. First I start with a lifting face massage by moving my hands in upward motions from upper neck to hair line. I repeat the upward strokes a few times. After, I take a small amount of cleanser and slap my cheeks up, up, up. It really works. Let me know what tricks you use to improve the look of your skin.
